Nowadays, people look for healthier products and the trend is to consume natural products. That is why our purpose is to elaborate a functional food made out of Aloe Vera, blueberries and collagen, whose end is to reinforce the human immune system. This product has antibacterial and anti-inflammatory benefits and is able to regenerate internal tissues. It contains essential antioxidants, amino acids, vitamins, minerals and proteins. It is also low in sugar, cholesterol and fat. This helps prevent heart disease, reinforce the digestive system and protect brain cells. By identifying a market to explore and exploit, DUSALU was purposed, and it was considered to determine the technical, economic, technological, financial, market and social viability for the implementation of a factory that produces jelly powder with Aloe as a nutritional supplement. The project life consider is 5 years. The target market would be from sectors A, B and C of Lima Metropolitan, excluding pregnant and breastfeeding mothers. For the calculation of the demand of the project, the Apparent Domestic Demand was based using tariff heading N° 3503001000 called “Gelatins and Derivatives”. It was defined that the factory will be located in Ventanilla, Lima. It will have 618m2 and it will have two levels. It was established that the size of the factory is determined by the technology, being the bottleneck the dehydration stage where the refracting window is used. The total required investment is S/ 2,225,275.87, 70% will be financed with a 5 years loan with 9,00% interest rate, using a schedule of increasing installments with no grace period. The economic and financial indicators proved the viability of the project. Social indicators demonstrated that the project will favor the society’s development and wellbeing.
