El Decreto Supremo 025-2019-IN y su influencia en la investigación policial en la DIRINCRI - PNP, 2021

Abstract

La indagación tuvo como propósito determinar cómo el decreto supremo 025-2019-IN influye en la investigación policial en la DIRINCRI - PNP 2021. La metodología que se aplicó fue cuantitativa básica, correlacional y de diseño no experimental, asimismo, se tuvo una muestra de 50 efectivos policiales en funciones ligadas al derecho penal. La investigación dispuso de una hipótesis general para ofrecer resultados estadísticos y analizar de forma inferencial las variables de estudio, el decreto supremo 025-2019-IN influye significativamente en la investigación policial en la DIRINCRI - PNP 2021. Teniendo como resultado que un 71,4% señalo que existe un nivel alto en el Decreto Supremo 025-2019-IN en la DIRINCRI - PNP 2021 y 71,4% marcaron que hay un nivel alto en la investigación policial en la DIRINCRI - PNP 2021; asimismo un 34% señalo estar de acuerdo que se llega a un resultado en una investigación policial cuando se analizan las pruebas y se entrevista a los testigos clave; concluyendo que se evidenció que el decreto supremo 025-2019-IN influye significativamente en la investigación policial en la DIRINCRI - PNP 2021, ya que mediante el coeficiente de correlación se evidenció que r= 0.837 y p< 0.05.

The purpose of the study was to determine how supreme decree 025-2019-IN influences police investigation in DIRINCRI - PNP 2021. The methodology applied was basic quantitative, correlational and non-experimental design, and a sample of 50 police officers in functions related to criminal law was used. The research had a general hypothesis to offer statistical results and to inferentially analyze the study variables, the supreme decree 025-2019-IN significantly influences police investigation in DIRINCRI - PNP 2021. As a result, 71.4% indicated that there is a high level in the Supreme Decree 025-2019-IN in the DIRINCRI - PNP 2021 and 71.4% indicated that there is a high level in the police investigation in the DIRINCRI - PNP 2021; likewise 34% indicated to agree that a result is reached in a police investigation when evidence is analyzed and key witnesses are interviewed; concluding that it was evidenced that the supreme decree 025-2019-IN significantly influences the police investigation in DIRINCRI - PNP 2021, since through the correlation coefficient it was evidenced that r= 0. 837 and p< 0.05.
