Mining is one of the oldest activities, resulting as one of the most lucrative economic activities for Perú, which represents one of the most important exports in our country. Which has increased over the decades due to the increase in minerals such as gold, copper, Silver and other minerals requested internationally. Therefore, we must also mention the institutional incapacity of the State. The lack of control and supervisión. Which creates a perfect business situation for the increase in illegal and informal mining activity. Which at the momento are operating in 21 regions out of a total of 25 in our country. The 27651 law was created to formalize small- scale mining and artisanal mining, as well as its regulations, for which two new legal figures were established, individually or as a natural person and as a legal entity, also as cooperatives or central cooperatives. Mining.which clearly carry out the exploitation, exploration to achieve a direct benefit of the minerals. Artisanal mining has deep ancestral roots which is used as a means of livelihood for families that are far fron the capital. It gives them a considerable income which motivates them to continue operating, providing technical, basic and complex development according to the use of machinery such as mowers, picks, wheelbarrows, pry bars, chisels, quimbaletes, mining carts. Which, according to the lawsuit, also generates certain environmental risks by causing contamination with the unsafe and unsustainable exploitation model, due to their ignorance and lack of advice from the State. In Perú there are approximately 200,000 miners between artisanal and small miing, of which only 57,000 are registered, information, which is provided by the National Declaration of Commitments of the MINEM. The current REINFO is 21,537 miners in force.
