El planeamiento financiero y su incidencia en la gestión financiera en el centro psicopedagógico Arcanciel S.A.C. en Independencia en el año 2019

Abstract

El objetivo de esta tesis es: Determinar la relación que existe entre el Planeamiento Financiero y la Gestión financiera en el Centro Psicopedagógico Arcanciel S.A.C. en Independencia en el año 2019. Considera en la hipótesis, Existe relación significativa entre el Planeamiento Financiero y la Gestión financiera en el Centro Psicopedagógico Arcanciel S.A.C. en Independencia en el año 2019, ya que la entidad no cuenta con una buena planificación financiera el cual le permitirá poder visualizar como impactará en la gestión para dar mayor liquidez a la entidad. Se considero como referencias los antecedentes internacional y nacional para contrastar a través de los cuales poder comparar los resultados, para un análisis más detallado. La población de estudio incluyó 20 personas el cual trabajan en el Centro Psicopedagógico Arcanciel S.A.C. Se ha tomado la totalidad de las personas como una muestra porque es considerado un número pequeño. Con respecto al tipo de muestra es no probabilística. Por otra parte el tipo de estudio sobre la investigación es aplicado y enfoque cuantitativo es correlacional en otras palabras mide la relación de una variable con la otra, además es un grado de correlación descriptivo y un diseño transversal no empírico, por otro lado el instrumento que fue utilizado es un cuestionario el cual consiste en preguntas. Como procesamiento sobre la elaboración de la información se efectuará mediante la elaboración del Spss vs 25. Además se ha demostrado que si existe una relación entre la aplicación del planeamiento financiero y la gestión financiera en el centro. Por consiguiente, se recomienda al centro que deberá implementar un plan financiero que le permita mejorar sus metas y visión, el cual le permitirá desarrollar un plan financiero en el corto y como largo plazo, que sean apoyados con la intención de minimizar el riesgo sobre sus inversiones para dar mayor liquidez a la entidad.

The objective of this thesis is: To determine the relationship between Financial Planning and Financial Management in the Centro Psicopedagógico Arcanciel S.A.C. in Independencia in 2019. The study population included 20 people who work at the Centro Psicopedagógico Arcanciel S.A.C. The total number of people has been taken as a sample because it is considered a small number. With respect to the type of sample, it is non-probabilistic. On the other hand the type of study on the research is applied and quantitative approach is correlational in other words measures the relationship of one variable with the other, it is also a descriptive degree of correlation and a non-empirical cross-sectional design, on the other hand the instrument that was used is a questionnaire which consists of questions. As processing on the elaboration of the information will be carried out by means of the elaboration of Spss vs 25. Furthermore, it has been demonstrated that there is a relationship between the application of financial planning and financial management in the center. Therefore, it is recommended that the center should implement a financial plan that will allow it to improve its goals and vision, which will allow it to develop a financial plan in the short and long term, which will be supported with the intention of minimizing the risk on its investments to give greater liquidity to the entity.
