The compulsory nature of the vaccine against Covid 19- has undergone various changes during the current pandemic, with the lifting of immobilization and the return to semi-presence in work centers, together with the increase in daily cases in Peru , has sought the need to establish the obligation of immunization against COVID-19, reaching said obligation to jobs in the public sector and in the private sector, which does not leave open the possibility for private work centers may determine whether or not such immunization is required. In this regard, various sectors question the possibility of forcing their workers to be vaccinated against this disease, which still has high mortality rates in our country. The purpose of this research is to describe the perceptions regarding the obligatory nature of the COVID-19 vaccine in Peru to allow people to access their work center. This descriptive observational study used the data collection instrument as a data collection instrument; Likewise, the research design is descriptive-non-experimental, so the study does not deliberately manipulate the variables to be measured and they are only observed in their natural situation to later analyze them and the inductive-deductive method was used where the data have been objectively analyzed.
