In November 2020, the executive branch was experiencing a complicated situation in view of the fact that the President of the Republic, Martín Vizcarra Cornejo, had been vacated; In just five days, the citizen movement managed to force the recently elected President of the Republic by the Congress of the Republic, Congressman Manuel Merino, to resign; As a consequence of this, his premier, Antero Flores Araoz, resigns, as well as the entire police force that participated in the defense of public tranquility due to the mobilizations to vacate the President of the Republic. But, all these events would not have happened if the social media had not incited young people, who had not mobilized to resign from the President of the Republic. As can be seen, the judges and prosecutors, instead of acting with absolute impartiality following the sequence of arrival of the complaints, find themselves at the rhythm of the news and the actions of the media, advancing and receding according to the impulse of the press. making decisions according to the rhythm of popularity leaving aside the right of neutrality and justice; What has been explained is evidence of what has been happening for some time, where judges and prosecutors observe the movement and behavior of the population through the media, reaching the point of violating the secrecy of the information they are handling. conducting interviews in the media providing details of the process before a final result is achieved, damaging the process and creating the figure of guilt before the investigation has even begun. Observing the media capacity of the press, the National Prosecutor Zoraida Avalos Rivera appears before the press to communicate the complaint against the former president and the former premier, violating due process and the presumption of innocence as the head of the Prosecutor's Office of the Nation, encouraging other prosecutors to act in the same way, there will be two types of cases: those observed by the press that must be dealt with quickly and be sentenced according to the motivation of the population and those that are not observed by the press, facts that can be left without tax treatment because they have no rights and it does not matter if they are in preventive detention or not.
