La fiscalización de gabinete a los Centros de inspección técnica vehicular SUTRAN, Lima 2021

Abstract

Hasta el 2013 hubo un crecimiento en cuanto a la importación de vehículos nuevos, pero, a partir del 2014 hay un descenso. El año pasado ingresaron alrededor de 165,802 vehículos, debido al alza en el Impuesto Selectivo al Consumo (ISC) a unidades nuevos. Los Centros de Inspección Técnica Vehicular se han vuelto determinantes en la renovación del parque automotor, es decir son las encargadas de aprobar la operatividad de las unidades vehiculares que circulas en nuestras vías. Por ello, la Superintendencia de Transporte Terrestre de Personas, Carga y Mercancías - SUTRAN siendo la encargada de fiscalizarlas, ha multiplicado esfuerzos a fin de que dichas entidades no incumplan ninguna obligación que pudiera afectar la vida, la seguridad vial y el interés general. El fin del presente trabajo es dar a conocer la labor que se realiza en la fiscalización de gabinete, desde el inicio con o sin el requerimiento de información y/o documentación a los administrados hasta la emisión del informe que corresponda de la evaluación de los mismos.

The Vehicle Technical Inspection Centers have become decisive in the renewal of the vehicle fleet, that is, they are in charge of approving the operation of the vehicle units that circulate on our roads. For this reason, the Superintendence of Land Transportation of People, Cargo and Merchandise - SUTRAN, being in charge of supervising them, has multiplied efforts so that these entities do not fail to comply with any obligation that could affect life, road safety and the general interest. The purpose of this work is to make known the work that is carried out in the control of the cabinet, from the beginning with or without the requirement of information and / or documentation to the administered until the issuance of the corresponding report of the evaluation of the same.
