The purpose of this research task is to propose a web system that allows to automate, integrate, standardize and manage all the information of the production process in a rainbow trout plant on a single platform. For this, the option of choosing a robust methodology was taken, in this sense RUP was chosen. On the other hand, theoretical bases related to the management of production processes in a Rainbow Trout Aquaculture plant were developed, such as the types of production processes, the ways in which these processes can be improved, the desirable characteristics of a production process and the way in which it should be evaluated and for this the KPIs were used. Finally, after the writing of the previously mentioned theory, it has been possible to conclude that a web system focused on the control of the management of the trout process can contribute positively to the control of the environmental impact, in addition to achieving an integration of the information that It will be of very high reliability as well as being safe and for this it is necessary that these technological solutions are developed based on a complete and robust quality model such as the one offered by ISO/IEC 25010.
