Resumen: El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como finalidad de poder dar a conocer los factores endógenos y exógenos que se relacionan en los delitos contra el patrimonio en su modalidad de robo agravado, en la ciudad de Lima en el año 2021.
Es de conocimiento general que el delito de robo agravado en nuestro medio es uno de los ilícitos que tiene mayor incidencia, hecho este ratificado a través de las indagaciones realizadas por el Instituto Nacional de Estadística e Informática en el que se tiene que el año 2021 se han cometido este tipo de infracción a la Ley penal en un promedio 40,345, representando un promedio de 8.5% de las denuncias interpuestas ante el Ministerio Público.
Los factores endógenos están íntimamente relacionados a las características que se encuentran asociadas a cada individuo o grupo social, sea este un barrio, o localidad, en cambio los factores exógenos, son todas las características propias del medio en el que es rodeado el sujeto y que de una u otra forma va influir en su comportamiento.
Esta diversidad de factores tanto exógeno como endógeno son los que llevan a cometer el ilícito de robo agravado, ampliamente prescrito en el artículo 189º y siguientes de la norma sustantiva penal los mismos que será debidamente analizados en el presente trabajo de investigación.
The purpose of this research work is to be able to publicize the endogenous and exogenous factors that are related to crimes against property in its modality of aggravated robbery, in the city of Lima in the year 2021. It is common knowledge that the crime of aggravated robbery in our environment is one of the crimes that has the highest incidence, a fact that is ratified through the surveys carried out by the National Institute of Statistics and Informatics where it is known that by the year 2021 they have been committed. this type of infraction of the Criminal Law in an average of 40,345, representing an average of 8.5% of the complaints filed with the Public Ministry. The endogenous factors are closely related to the characteristics that are associated with each individual or social group, be it a neighborhood or locality, while the exogenous factors are all the characteristics of the environment in which the subject is surrounded and that one way or another will influence their behavior. This diversity of factors, both exogenous and endogenous, are what lead to the commission of the crime of aggravated robbery, the same that is typified in article 189 and following of the substantive criminal norm, the same ones that will be duly analyzed in the present research work.
