The main objective of this research study, entitled: “Implementation of a web system for the insurance office in the direction of integrated health networks - Lima 2022“, to implement a digitized web system to improve the processes of the unique care formats in the “Comprehensive Health Insurance“ that has the direction of integrated networks, the system to be implemented will be developed in a progressive web application PWA, with frameworks such as Angular, Net 6 and with the SQL SERVER 2019 database using the Xtreme Programming methodology , due to the great advantages it has. In this study, the Xtreme Programming methodology will be applied, which will seek to minimize the attention problems presented in the health centers of the “Insurance Office of the Directorate of Integrated Health Networks“ with the participation of the collaborators of said area. This research is descriptive-experimental, subject to instruments and information gathering techniques such as meetings, interviews, document analysis. With the creation of the web system, we will generate the single service format (FUA) electronically, being able to obtain improvements in productivity times for professionals. and avoid errors in the correct filling.
