Propuesta e implementación de un SGSST en la Empresa Sermitran E.I.R.L, para minimizar los accidentes en los vehículos de transporte. Cerro de Pasco –Atacocha. 2019

Abstract

La Unidad Minera NEXA RESOURCES ATACOCHA se dedica a la exploración y explotación de concesiones mineras, incluyendo la producción y venta de concentrados de plomo, zinc y cobre; y cuenta también con varias empresas especialistas que se dedican a realizar otras actividades dentro de la unidad minera. La Empresa SERMITRAN, especialista en el rubro del transporte, es la encargada de brindar los servicios de traslado de personal, combustible y de herramientas. Durante mi tiempo de servicio en la empresa, inicialmente como practicante de Ingeniería en el área de Operaciones y Seguridad, se produjeron muchos incidentes y/o accidentes en los vehículos dentro de la unidad minera, tanto en superficie como en socavón. Por esta razón, investigué, evalué y realicé un plan de SGSST, que fue aprobado por las áreas de SSO y Gerencia General. Luego de la implementación de este SGSST, se pudo apreciar una reducción en la cantidad de percances en los camiones, camionetas, cisternas, etc.; además se pudo percibir una mejoría en el desempeño del personal, gracias a las capacitaciones de SSO, Herramientas de Gestión de Seguridad (IPERC, CHECK LIST, Orden de Trabajo, PETS), Manejo Defensivo, Riesgos Críticos, que como resultado de todo lo mencionado , genero una mejor fluidez al momento que el personal realiza y evalúa sus respectivas herramientas de Gestión de Seguridad(IPERC,CHEK LIST) antes de comenzar su actividad dentro de la Unidad Minera Así mismo mejoró, la disponibilidad de los vehículos, ya que esta vez se contaba con un Plan de Mantenimiento, también con un CHECK LIST de herramientas actualizado mensualmente, y un ciclo de salida hacia el taller mecánico para su respectiva revisión y mantenimiento para evaluar así sus condiciones mecánicas, reajustes y escaneos.

After the implementation of this SGSST, a reduction in the number of mishaps in trucks, vans, tankers, etc. was observed; In addition, it was possible to perceive an improvement in the performance of the personnel, thanks to the OHS training, Security Management Tools (IPERC, CHECK LIST, Work Order, PETS), Defensive Management, Critical Risks, which as a result of everything mentioned , I generate a better fluidity when the staff performs and evaluates their respective Safety Management tools (IPERC, CHEK LIST) before starting their activity within the Mining Unit Likewise, the availability of the vehicles improved, since this time there was a Maintenance Plan, also with a CHECK LIST of tools updated monthly, and a cycle of departure to the mechanical workshop for their respective revision and maintenance to evaluate their mechanical conditions, readjustments and scans.
