Implementación de sistema de gestión de seguridad y salud en el trabajo en la Asociación de Oficiales Generales y Almirantes del Perú – Adogen Perú

Abstract

Toda organización debe contar con un sistema de gestión de seguridad y salud en el trabajo que permita el control total de sus procesos con el fin de reducir la siniestralidad interna o durante el desarrollo de las actividades empresariales.

Se requiere el compromiso de la gerencia y los empleados en temas de seguridad. Mientras tanto, es importante que las organizaciones consideren que la calidad de sus servicios, productos y en este caso operaciones, es responsabilidad de sus empleados, de ahí la importancia de implementar el sistema de seguridad adecuada.

El siguiente trabajo de investigación tiene como objetivo implementar un sistema de gestión de seguridad y salud en el trabajo, aplicado a la asociación de generales oficiales y almirantes del Perú, se aplicarán herramientas adquiridas durante la carrera de ingeniería industrial. El punto de partida sería analizar el estado actual de la asociación de generales y almirantes del Perú a través de la matriz IPER (Identificación de peligros y evaluación de riesgos) para identificar las actividades más riesgosas, que necesitan más atención, para ayudar a que la implementación sea más fácil.

Every organization must have an occupational health and safety management system that allows total control of its processes in order to reduce internal accidents or during the development of business activities.

Safety commitment from management and employees is required. Meanwhile, it is important that organizations consider that the quality of their services, products and, in this case, operations, is the responsibility of their employees, hence the importance of implementing the appropriate security system.

The following research work aims to implement a safety and health management system at work, applied to the association of general officers and admirals of Peru, tools acquired during the industrial engineering career will be applied. The starting point would be to analyze the current state of the association of generals and admirals of Peru through the IPER matrix (Identification of hazards and risk assessment) to identify the riskiest activities, which need more attention, to help the implementation easier.
