The general objective of the research was to demonstrate the relationship between organizational climate and job satisfaction in the administrative area of a state health entity, Lima, 2021. The hypothesis stated that the organizational climate is significantly related to job satisfaction in the administrative area of a state health entity, Lima, 2021. The methodology implemented in the study resorted to a quantitative perspective, basic type, correlational level and non-experimental design. The population consisted of 120 participants and the sample of 92 individuals, both groups presented workers in the administrative area of a state health entity. In order to obtain truthful results and solid conclusions, a questionnaire was used as a data collection instrument. The results showed that 37% considered the presence of job satisfaction at a medium level and 56.5% considered the presence of organizational climate at a medium level. The main conclusion showed that the organizational climate is significantly related to job satisfaction in the administrative area of a state health entity, Lima, 2021. Spearman's correlation showed that r=0.781, value represented as high and p < 0.05 demonstrates significance.
