The general objective of this report is to explain the effects of the implementation of the BPM methodology in the improvement of production management in a company that produces toothbrushes. The implementation considerably improved the management of the production of toothbrushes due to the technique used and the good manufacturing practices (GMP), which is responsible for ensuring that the raw material, materials and products meet the specifications required by the client. They also safeguard their health by complying with the provisions of the pertinent entities, toothbrushes go through rigorous control by the DIGEMID, complying with the provisions of the government of the Ministry of Health, in (DS N ° 014-2011-SA). The implementation of BPM allows the toothbrush producer company to be positioned in the market as a competitive company compared to other companies in the field, generating a more dynamic institutional image with more agile and safe processes in terms of health, also generating security in the workers, clients and the same company. The BPM methodology is related to the management of the toothbrush production workforce, since the trained personnel satisfactorily fulfill their functions and this leads to minimizing defects that affect the quality of the product. The BPM methodology is related to the control of production, because the company does not have the established policies, it does not have a purpose and a direction, this leads to generate the policy in principle of quality to have an emphasis on the control of the production which consists of verifying that everything occurs in accordance with the adopted plan.
