Vivienda rural sostenible respetando el paisaje del caserío Unión San Juan-San José De Lourdes

Abstract

El paisaje del caserío Unión San Juan se encuentra degradado principalmente por la presencia de las actuales viviendas con sistemas constructivos que implican entre otras cosas, tala indiscriminada de árboles (quema de montañas); arrojo de residuos en los alrededores, uso de combustible sólido dentro de la vivienda, además de la sobre utilización de recursos como el agua; todo esto ha ocasionado la reducción considerable de los recursos naturales del entorno; sumado al hecho que estas viviendas rurales no cubren las necesidades básicas de sus usuarios y los ambientes no se perciben como confortables. A partir de ello, resulta muy importante hacer una intervención en la vivienda bajo la idea de proponer un modelo de vivienda rural sostenible a partir de la caracterización del paisaje del caserío unión san juan-san José de Lourdes; el análisis de las viviendas rurales existentes y el impacto que generan durante su ciclo de vida para luego establecer estrategias de arquitectura sostenible en base a las teorías y proyectos referentes. Por último, se propone evaluar el modelo de vivienda rural sostenible propuesto aplicando la certificación de proyecto verde. Esta investigación es aplicada, de enfoque cualitativo, es descriptiva y el diseño es no experimental.

The landscape of the Unión San Juan hamlet is degraded, because the population is building their homes using construction materials with a high degree of contamination, cutting down trees and burning mountains; the inadequate management of waste, the use of solid fuel inside the home, in addition to the inappropriate and uncontrolled use of natural resources such as water and energy; this has caused the destruction and reduction of the life time of the natural resources of the environment; Added to this problem is the fact that rural housing does not cover the basic needs of the user, and the environments are not warm and comfortable. Based on this, it is very important to make an intervention and define the idea of proposing a sustainable rural housing model taking into account the landscape of the San Juan-San José de Lourdes union farmhouse, this through the characterization and air conditioning of the farmhouse landscape. Union San Juan: the analysis of rural housing and the impact it generates during its life cycle in the landscape of town Unión San Juan; establishing sustainable architecture strategies from the analysis of theories and referent projects; and finally, to evaluate the sustainable rural housing model proposed for the Unión San Juan farmhouse applying the green project certification. This research is applied, with a qualitative approach, it is descriptive, and the design is non-experimental.
