Burnout Syndrome is a state of emotional stress, which has three dimensions: emotional exhaustion, depersonalization and personal fulfillment, which can lead to personal frustration that affects satisfaction in the workplace. In this context, the main objective of this research work was to analyze the influence of the Burnout Syndrome on the job satisfaction of the workers of a banking entity in the city of Chiclayo. Regarding the methodology, a quantitative approach study was carried out, of an applied type, it had an explanatory level and it was a non-experimental investigation. In addition, two instruments were used: the Maslach Burnout Syndrome Questionnaire and the Job Satisfaction Scale SL - SPC. They were applied to a population of 105 employees from seven bank agencies, of which it was determined that burnout negatively influences the satisfaction of each of them.
