In the present thesis entitled “Effect of indole butyric acid on the rooting of banana corms (Musa balbisiana colla), Bellaco variety under nursery conditions in the Echarati District, La Convención - Cusco“. We used the completely randomized design with a combination of 8 treatments and 8 replicates with a total of 64 experimental units, for data analysis, we used the analysis of variance and for comparisons of means we used the Tukey significance test. The study variables were: Factor A: BIOECOL-ROOT (a1: 2,50 ml / L a2: 5,00 ml / L a3: 7,50 ml / L, a4: without BIOECOL-ROOT) (B1: 2,50 ml / L b2: 5,00 ml / L b3: 7,50 ml / L b3: without ROOT -HOR) with BIOECOL-ROOT. The results showed a higher average length of roots T7 and T6 with 40,88 a 38,00 cm. As for the factor B: ROOT - HOR the highest average length of roots T3 and T2 with 30,83 and 28,20 cm, for the number of roots for factor A: BIOECOL - ROOT the highest average was generated T7 and T6 with 4,00 a 3,75 roots factor B: ROOT-HOR the highest average was obtained T3 and T2 with 4,00 a 4,00 cm roots as stem thickness factor A: BIOECOL-ROOT the highest average Obtained the T7 and T6 with 21,17 and 20,16 cm the factor B: ROOT-HOR the highest average obtained the T3 and T5 with 18,40 and 17,90 cm as leaf size the factor A: BIOECOL- ROOT the highest average obtained the T7 and T6 with 28,09 and 27,86 cm the factor B: ROOT-HOR the highest average obtained T3 and T2 with 24,51 and 22,13 cm.
