The objective of the study was focused on the production and evaluation of highly resistant concretes, since in the city of Moquegua there is no information about studies and experiments on the subject, and therefore there is no information about the behavior and Designs of concrete mixtures of high strengths. With this research work is expected to find information on production and evaluation of this type of high strength concrete in the city of Moquegua; With the addition of Microsilice (SIKA FUME), superplasticizer (VISCOFLOW 50) and using cement (PORTLAND TYPE I), water - cementitious ratio of 0.3, and aggregates in the natural state of the “Las Congas“ quarry, the settlements obtained are Order of 8 to 10 inches and an extensibility between 40 and 50 centimeters, considered high strength concrete. The methodology included a design based on the Maximum Compressed Unit Weight of the combination of aggregates and cement content of 500,550 and 600 kg / m 3. The water - cement ratio of 0.3 was worked on the premise that the lower water in the concrete mix will have higher strengths, the value of 0,3 being the lowest cement water ratio recommended by the cement manufacturer to have a good Hydration of the same. To the standard mixture was added for each quantity of cement 5 and 10 percent of Microsilice that are minimum and maximum values that allows the respective data sheet. To which, with respect to the superplasticizer additive, the constant ratio of 1.8 percent of the weight of the cementitious material was added for all designs. As a result it was obtained that the highest compressive strength obtained was 868 kg / cm 2 at the age of 56 days. It is concluded that under the parameters established in this research, the resistance obtained would be the highest that can be achieved. On the other hand the design of mixtures that houses the greatest resistance is the design of mixtures type D, containing 10 percent concentration of microsilice and 1.8 percent of superplasticizer concentration and 550 kg / m 3 of Portland cement type I.
