This research has the general objective; Establish the relationship style active learning and academic achievement in the fourth high school in Secondary Educational Institution San Martin, to prove that goal worked with the indicators questionnaire CHAEA applied in fourth graders sections A and B 34 and 35 students stop the sample and population respectively, for the statistical treatment worked with the median average variance, standard deviation and for testing hypotheses worked with normality tests and correlation coefficient Pearson also the methodology correlational study is due to the relationship of the variables in the study of leadership styles and academic performance and was transversely because the data were obtained at one time. Reaching the following conclusion; There is a relationship between learning styles and academic performance in secondary students from fourth in Secondary Educational Institution San Martin, which is observed in the table No 03 where; the Pearson correlation test shows that there is significant relationship level values of significance are less than 0.05 y among the four styles that best demonstrates student learning is the theoretical style rather than active, reflective and pragmatic due to the value of Pearson.
