Importancia del registro de parentesco y otras vinculaciones en casos de corrupción en la administración pública Perú 2022

Abstract

El Registro de parentesco, se refiere, a información de datos que une a cada persona con un grupo familiar, por parentesco por consanguinidad, afinidad y otras que generen vínculos . Estos datos están debidamente protegidos jurídicamente por la Entidad que los registra y resguarda, así como, por las autoridades que acceden a dicha información; por lo tanto, deben guardar la confidencialidad e integridad de los reportes que se remitan y recepcionen, subsistiendo esta obligación, aún después de haber cesado en sus funciones, bajo responsabilidad. A través del presente trabajo de investigación, analizaremos la importancia del Registro de parentesco, el rol que cumple los diferentes actores como la ciudadanía, funcionarios de la Administración Pública y Administración de Justicia, respecto a las normas que se determinan para la investigación y sanción en temas de corrupción dentro de la Administración Pública.

The Family Register refers to data information that links each person to a family group, by blood relationship, affinity and others that generate links. These data are legally protected by the entity that registers and safeguards them, as well as by the authorities that access such information; therefore, they must keep the confidentiality and integrity of the reports that are sent and received, this obligation subsisting, even after having ceased in their functions, under responsibility.

Through this research work, we will analyze the importance of the Kinship Register, the roles of the different actors such as citizens, Public Administration officials and the Administration of Justice, with respect to the rules that are determined for the investigation and punishment of corruption issues within the Public Administration.
