The objective of this work is to determine how the implementation of the Mobile System will improve IT support management for the company FTS E.I.R.L. About customer service management, productivity index management and process efficiency management. The company FTS E.I.R.L. currently has a poor IT support process management system; however, this system has some errors in its operation, which considerably affects the consultation and service areas. This is mainly due to the delay in customer service, causing difficulties in the search for products, loss of products and poor business flow of the current system. IT support covers all services that assist in the proper use, maintenance and implementation of the company's technical resources. It can be seen that this is an essential part for the ideal functioning of any type of organization with at least a simple computer network. Finally, technology is a significant fraction of what happens in any company today. Therefore, smaller companies need a mobile system for available IT support. Since, many times, small businesses do not have the budget to maintain their same IT area. Therefore, from a technical perspective, this is no reason to remain vulnerable to failures and security breaches. Today, there are countless options for outsourcing IT support. They are scalable and efficient alternatives ideal to ensure the smooth operation and growth of companies of all sizes.
