From the period of 2023 and so far in 2024, a critical problem has arisen regarding order management, which has had a significant impact on revenue and, therefore, competitiveness in the market of Corporación Diferpa S.A.C. Therefore, the purpose of this work is to determine a proposal to improve the commercial process in order management, so that this allows us to boost the competitiveness of the company. To carry out this proposal, we began by identifying key elements of the problematic situation with their respective justification. Likewise, throughout the work, the analysis of a series of process management tools has been developed that has allowed us to identify alternatives, reviewing research background related to our variables and identifying current theories and/or models that allow us to carry out a more in-depth analysis. Finally, a comparison was made between the proposed alternatives, identifying advantages and disadvantages that they entail, their feasibility and viability and implications of the decision on the organization such as financial, administrative, strategic, among others.
