Clima organizacional y el estrés laboral en colaboradores en el Centro Vacunatorio Vacuna Car Magdalena, 2021

Abstract

Esta investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar la relación entre clima organizacional y estrés laboral en colaboradores del centro vacunatorio Vacuna Car Magdalena, 2021. La investigación corresponde a un diseño correlacional transversal no experimental. La muestra estuvo conformada por 22 colaboradores pertenecientes al centro vacunatorio conformados por doctores, enfermeras licenciadas y enfermeras técnicas. La técnica utilizada para recabar la información fue la encuesta, siendo el instrumento usado los cuestionarios, en donde se empleó 15 preguntas en clima organizacional y 35 preguntas en el estrés laboral, los autores de dicho cuestionario son García y Segura (2014). Dentro de la investigación no se encontró correlación entre las variables, siendo su significancia p=,998 y nivel de error 0,05.

This research aimed to determine the relationship between organizational climate and work stress in employees of the Vacuna Car Magdalena vaccination center, 2021. The research corresponds to a non-experimental cross-sectional correlational design. The sample consisted of 22 collaborators belonging to the vaccination center made up of doctors, licensed nurses and technical nurses. The technique used to collect the information was the survey, the instrument used being the questionnaires, where 15 questions were used on organizational climate and 35 questions on work stress, the authors of this questionnaire are García and Segura (2014). Within the investigation, no correlation was found between the variables, its significance being p = .998 and level of error 0.05.
