Acción petitoria de herencia y sucesión intestada en el distrito judicial de Lima Norte, 2021

Abstract

El presente estudio determinó como objetivo general evidenciar el fundamento para establecer la relación entre la acción petitoria de herencia y sucesión intestada en el distrito judicial de Lima Norte 2021. Igualmente, la hipótesis planteada en la investigación señala que existe un fundamento significativo para determinar la relación entre la acción petitoria de herencia y sucesión intestada en el distrito Judicial de Lima Norte, 2021, siendo la metodología aplicada para demostrar su veracidad el enfoque cuantitativo, tipo básico y diseño correlacional, empleando un cuestionario de 38 preguntas con opciones de respuesta en la escala de Likert. Este instrumento se implementó en una muestra de 56 abogados colegiados de la región Lima. Tras aplicar el instrumento en la muestra determinada, se pudo comprobar la hipótesis planteada. Esta se validó con un valor r=0,566, lo que la clasifica como una correlación positiva moderada.

The general objective of this study was to determine the basis for establishing the relationship between the petition for inheritance and intestate succession in the judicial district of Lima Norte 2021. Likewise, the hypothesis stated in the research indicates that there is a significant basis to determine the relationship between the petitioning action of inheritance and intestate succession in the judicial district of Lima Norte, 2021, being the methodology applied to demonstrate its veracity the quantitative approach, basic type and correlational design, using a questionnaire of 38 questions with response options on the Likert scale. This instrument was implemented in a sample of 56 lawyers from the Lima region. After applying the instrument to the sample, the hypothesis was tested. This was validated with a value r=0.566, which classifies it as a moderate positive correlation.
