Mental Health caring has become an issue of vital importance in the last years, showing the challenges ahead, that includes the low importance to treatment given by the patients and little budget assigned by the government. Likewise, the search for professionals who can treat diseases related to mental health has become very complicated, either due to the lack of knowledge in the offer of professionals and ways to connect them trustfully with patients, adding up to the lack of time to give or attend treatment sessions. Based on this, Psiquis generated an application specialized in mental health that has a private and corporate sales channel. Psiquis proposes a solution to the difficulty of being able to find specialists in the field of mental health, quickly, easily, reliably, economically and, above all, in a sustainable way. It is important to highlight that Psiquis complies with the Code of Ethics of the College of Psychologists of Peru (Appendix U). In addition, a service is proposed that will allow patients to feel confident with the best professionals, through empathy sessions and the necessary tools for their treatment. Psiquis has as a main differential that it will not only have individual sessions, but group therapies and chat therapy as well. The proposal uses various tools for the development of the business model and problem-solving methodologies focused on proposing strategies and solutions according to the needs of the user, generating value for them. About sustainability, the project is related to ODS 3 referred to ensuring healthy lives and promoting well-being for all at all ages. In terms of the viability of the project, the business model needs an investment of S/ 665,344.26 viable with a VAN of S / 8, 519,309 and a Social VAN of S/ 12,660,888.87.
