This proposal proposes the development of a cloud governance model for the financial company Oh!, due to the fact that problems related to high implementation costs, security threats, inconsistent architecture and lack of cloud policies were found within the consultancy so that through the use of the company's documentation and interviews, the PESTEL and AMOFHIT analyzes were obtained, identifying the threats and strengths of the company. In this way, the cloud facilitates the implementation of assets and offers benefits such as scalability, elasticity and reduced costs, among others, that organizations can take advantage of today as long as they have defined procedures that control and measure the services implemented in it, in turn the model Cloud governance has a set of policies, processes, and frameworks for the planning, implementation, and operations and management of financial resources and services. Due to the aforementioned, it is expected that the proposed solution will promote business agility through the correct integration and interoperability of the services implemented in the cloud, which will improve the costs of operation and administration of the financial resources, in turn benefiting the security and business continuity. Based on this, we can say that through the services implemented in the cloud under the proposed model, it will be possible to cover the commercial and IT objectives, by optimizing investments in the cloud. On the other hand, the financial company can adopt the principles and processes of other reference frameworks, good practices and standards such as COBIT 5, ITIL, ISO 27001 respectively in order to facilitate the implementation of the proposed model.
