In our country, there are more than 3 million people who live in a disability situation, according to the last census 2017, and they constitute one of the most vulnerable groups in Peruvian society, since they have to face situations of exclusion, inequality in the access to opportunities, unmet primary needs, among other problems. For this reason, in recent years various organizations and/or groups have emerged with proposals that seek to reclaim the situation of people with disabilities and facilitate their effective inclusion in society. The objective of this research work is to analyze “Cuerpo Presente” project of the organization Kinesfera Danza, an inclusive artistic initiative that allows the participation and interaction between participants with and without disabilities through contemporary dance. Also, from the perspective offered by Social Management, this investigation aims to describe the contribution that this project provides to compliance with the principles presented in the General Law of Persons with Disabilities No. 29973. The relevance of addressing this issue is that in our country there are not many alternatives like this, which seek to influence a social problem using art as a means, much less to try to bring dance and culture to all audiences regardless of their conditions or the situation in which they find themselves, accepting, respecting and valuing the difference.
