Currently, healthy eating in school-age children has a relevant impact in a context where the pace of life is fast. This context is having an impact on the development of unhealthy eating habits for both parents and their children, generating that from an early age a diet with low nutritional value is instilled, due to lack of time, ignorance, or not finding a product that meets their needs. Under this scenario, a business opportunity was identified, in which a fast-food alternative would be offered for children between 3 and 11 years old, but with high nutritional value, called MIKHUNABOX. The target audience of the proposed solution would be school age children in Metropolitan Lima from socioeconomic sectors A, B and C, whose parents have greater purchasing power and who are willing to generate healthy habits in their children from an early age, seeking to prevent future diseases related to poor nutrition. The desirability of the project was corroborated by a specific group of people, who tested the prototype of the product, 100% willingness to purchase was obtained from them, virtual sessions were also carried out to present the product and surveys to potential customers from which very revealing data of desirability towards MIKHUNABOX were obtained. Continuing with the tests, a marketing plan and an operational plan were developed to guarantee the achievement of the proposed goals and quality service for consumers. Helped by Montecarlo's simulations, the feasibility of the business model could be demonstrated. Finally, the project's financial viability was evaluated, which considers an initial investment of S/441,958 and generates high profitability with an economic NPV of S/2,399,957, an EIRR of 107%, and a FIRR of 274%. Likewise, the project focuses on one of the sustainable development objectives: SDG 3: Good health and well-being, generating a social relevance index of 77% and a social NPV of S/5,611,314.
