propuesta.
La Joya Mining SAC, is a Peruvian mining company, within the category of small mining producer, exports gold to various countries in the world and has a potential growth market, which is why it was convenient to carry out a Business Consulting where performance was analyzed in the supply, reception, production and sales, all in coordination with the responsible management of the company. The analysis carried out in this work has allowed us to identify a very important problem that impacts the sustainability of La Joya Mining SAC, so various qualitative tools had to be used such as interviews and virtual meetings with the main directors and analysis tools to develop strategies, which allowed us to determine a diagnosis of the current situation. Based on the compiled information, an analysis was carried out to identify the main problems, which were prioritized based on criticality and impact, so determined the central problem, insufficient logistical controls to ensure the sustainable purchase of mineral, in concordance with the general manager of La Joya, which despite knowledge and experience finds it difficult to adapt to changes. Alternative solutions have been proposed, among which, firstly, improving commercial conditions with current suppliers and expanding negotiations to new collection areas, and secondly, directing income for the development of internal investment such as automation in collection and production processes and activities that will allow cost reduction and sustainability in the market. The suggested investment is $ 5'076,667, with an optimistic recovery period of 2 years, the result of indicators is: net present value (NPV) of $ 35 ́499,427, the internal rate of return (IRR) of 65% and the cost/benefit index of 2.0, which confirms the viability of the proposal.
