The businessmen of the Gamarra commercial emporium face different problems in the current development of their activities, especially the decrease in their sales income due to unfair competition from informal companies and the importation of garments of Chinese origin. In this context, the present research is motivated in order to make Gamarra companies increase the sales. For that purpose, initial solutions were proposed based on the user and understanding their pain, determining that the peak moment was in the acquisition of customers, since they assume a passive role in their current business model. Consequently, MadeinPerú.com is the most suitable solution, since it not only contemplates digital marketing strategies, but also the delivery of products by delivery as an added value at a fair price. These incorporate a new sales channel in order to take advantage of the growth of e-commerce, while promoting the formalization of sales and good environmental management practices, as well as ensuring the shopping experience that allows to denote a differentiation from other competitors without losing the objective of increasing the sales of Gamarra's small business. In an own survey, more than 78% of people are willing to make online purchases of the products sold in Gamarra. It verifies the desirability of the solution, which is also feasible mainly thanks to digital marketing and face-to-face campaigns. Moreover, it is financially viable, since for an initial investment of S/355,500 in a period of 10 years, a positive Net Present Value (NPV) is projected with a profitability of 32%, considering a Weighted Average Cost of Capital (WACC) of 15.25%. Finally, the solution is sustainable because it contributes to the fulfillment of the sustainable development objectives linked to decent work and economic growth, and responsible production and consumption. In addition, the social profitability of the solution was calculated using the social discount rate of 10%, which amounts to S/3’280,793.80.
