El present thesis work seeks to evaluate a proposal of the Ministry of Development and Social Inclusion (MIDIS), which through the social program Cooperation Fund for Social Development ( FONCODES ) with the Project Mi Chacra Enterprising “ Noa Jayatai “ ( “Come Grow “) seeks contribu go to reducing poverty, promoting development and social inclusion, in poor rural areas and extremely poor. This project is developed and executed within the framework of the National Strategy for Development and Social Inclusion “Include for Growth“, Axis 4 - Economic Inclusion. In this case, the concern is focused on the intervention with productive projects in jungle areas, particularly in the district of Mazamari, located in the province of Satipo, Junín Region, during the years 2016 and 2019. The Mazamari district has a population of 28.269 inhabitants, of 3,716 which (12.88%) are native population of the Ashaninka ethnic group, according to the Environmental Assessment Local of the Mazamari district, and a poverty rate estimated that stands at 25.4 % of the population ranking 1409 among the poorest districts in Peru, according to the District Poverty Map prepared by the INEI in 2013. The intervention area of the project involves 06 Native Communities with an approximate total population of 1380 people, represented by 896 heads of family, of which 276 heads of family were attended by the My Chakra Entrepreneur Project “ Noa Jayatai “ . This project was implemented in order to achieve sustainability conditions for food security and contribute to the diversification and increase of autonomous monetary income in favor of poor and / or poor extreme populations. The target population served by the Project are families from native communities and colonies considered in extreme poverty whose monthly monetary income does not exceed S /. 226.2 per month on average, they do not have working capital and other fixed assets, they have high levels of chronic child malnutrition (which affects 82% of children in Native Communities under 5 years old) . These projects are executed by applying the modality of Core E manager constituted by the user population , whose members are democratically elected and participate in the administration of the resources transferred by the project, with the technical support of FONCODES and coordination for targeting, co-financing and supervision with the local government , through a Tripartite financing Agreement. This research is carried out in the form of a case study , for which semistructured interviews have been conducted that were applied to key actors involved in the project such as, 36 users who received strengthening of their productive capacities , to 07 agents responsible for the implementation of the technical part of the project, to 04 representatives of community organizations and 05 Presidents of Interest ruptures related to Rural Development that were supported by the project. The research is developed within the framework of guidelines for a qualitative methodology , seeks NDO conocer and analyze l os factors that contributed or limited the implementation of the Project Mi Chacra Enterprising “ Noa Jayatai “ in the Mazamari district during the years 2016 and 2019, analyzing the quality of services, the intercultural approach and the perception of users to propose improvement measures that strengthen their implementation. The result of the investigation will shed light to improve the intervention and the results of the My Chakra Entrepreneur Project “Noa Jayatai“ in native populations that have the condition of being extremely poor and need economic autonomy.
