This report analyzes Resolution No. 1567-2020-SUNARP-TR-L, in relation to the legal effects of the registration of the recognition and termination of the common law partnership in the Personal Registry, on the common property that were acquired during that period. Likewise, the decision of the Registry Court on the registry qualification in the specific case will be questioned. Finally, I will come to the conclusion that a better analysis by the Court would avoid irreparable damage to the economic rights of former partners.
