encuestas, entrevistas a profundidad y social listening.
The purpose of the research work is the development of an advertising campaign for the SPID brand. The objectives of the campaign are, first of all, to achieve brand recognition for its personality and functionality through the campaign, thus reaching more people. The second goal is to generate app downloads. In order to achieve these objectives, it was carried out through mixed research, since surveys, in-depth interviews and social listening were carried out. The sample of these investigations was men and women between the ages of 25 and 35 of socioeconomic levels A, B and C. Among the results it was found that 9 out of 10 respondents could not choose a single option among the attributes that they value in an app of delivery. That is, they demand to have it all at the same time. From this data, the creative concept of the campaign “Do it your way“ was established. This concept seeks to encourage the target audience to make their purchases at SPID in their own way according to the three profiles that were identified in the investigations: the first is the one who maintains a profession, but likes to pursue hobbies that are not related to their work . The second is that person who makes purchases of products that are not connected to each other, that is, “random“ purchases. The third profile is about that person who loves to eat everything. The duration of this campaign is two months with a budget of $490,000.00. This budget is divided between digital media (Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, YouTube, Google), traditional media (TV, radio, OOH with static and digital panels) and BTL (vending machine and custom shelves). In these media, the graphic pieces of the campaign were made, those that represent the creative concept and generate identification by the target audience.
