Significados, aprendizajes y perspectivas de futuro de adolescentes de Putacca a partir de una experiencia de memoria colectiva

Abstract

La presente investigación se realizó en la comunidad de Putacca – Ayacucho con un grupo de adolescentes que participaron en un proyecto de memoria colectiva promovido por la Asociación Paz y Esperanza. Desde la teoría se sabe que es fundamental considerar a los más jóvenes de la comunidad como portadores de la memoria pues aporta a la consolidación de vínculos entre diversas generaciones y el reconocimiento de la pertenencia a una misma comunidad. El objetivo de esta investigación fue identificar los significados, aprendizajes y perspectivas de futuro de los adolescentes en relación a su experiencia en un proceso de construcción de memoria colectiva. Se utilizó como instrumento el grupo de discusión. La situación expresada por el grupo hizo emerger emociones, conflictos y normas sociales vinculadas a la comunidad, y de esta manera, el participante fue un actor que aporta a la construcción subjetiva de la comunidad. Posteriormente, se realizó un análisis del discurso para explicar los puntos relevantes en las interacciones. Para los participantes, los murales fueron una iniciativa significativa, esta actividad fue un espacio para su creatividad, pero también se percibieron como actores importantes al reconocerse como capaces de realizar esta tarea junto a otros. El significado que le dan a la memoria, no se limita al tiempo de la violencia sino que remite a experiencias anteriores y actuales; recogiendo el dolor, la frustración, las alegrías, las capacidades, etc. Se mencionan problemáticas como la violencia en las familias y el consumo excesivo del alcohol. Finalmente, se considera que la continuidad al trabajo con los adolescentes está en relación a la toma de decisiones con respecto a su futuro y su participación en la comunidad. Una mirada aguda a las preocupaciones de los jóvenes puede contribuir a que no sean percibidos como un problema sino como oportunidad de recrear la vida de la comunidad. The present research was made in the community of Putacca - Ayacucho with a group of teenagers who took part in a project of collective memory promoted by “Paz y Esperanza”. From the theory it is known that it is fundamental to consider the youngest of the community to be carriers of the memory and to contribute to the consolidation of links between diverse generations and the recognition of the membership of the same community. The aim of this research was to identify the meanings, learnings and perspectives of future of the teenagers in relation to his experience in a process of construction of collective memory. The group of discussion was used as instrument, the situation expressed by the group made emerge emotions, conflicts and social procedure linked to the community. In fact, the participant was an actor who reaches to the subjective construction of the community. Later, an analysis of the speech was realized to explain the relevant points in the interactions. For the participants the murals were a significant initiative, this activity was a space for his creativity, but also they were perceived as important actors on having be recognized like capable of realizing this task together with others. The meaning that they give him to the memory, does not limit itself to the time of the violence but it has relation to previous and current experiences; gathering the pain, the frustration, the happy moments, the capacities, etc. They are mentioned problematic as the violence in the families and the excessive consumption of the alcohol. Finally, it thinks that a task to give continuity to the work with the teenagers is in relation to the decision making with regard to his future and his participation in the community. A sharp look to the worries of the young persons can contribute to that they are not perceived as a problem but as opportunity to recreate the life of the community.
