Malnutrition is one of the biggest challenges facing the world today, whether it is due to lack of food, micronutrient deficiencies, or an unhealthy diet. Malnutrition not only affects people's health and well-being but can also have a significant impact on the economy and social development of countries, especially in developing countries like Perú. In this context, it is important to look for innovative and effective solutions to address this problem and improve people's quality of life. Therefore, this thesis addresses a solution that contribute to improving the malnutrition situation and proposes a solution for the socio-economic groups A, B, and C of the central andean macro-region through the creation of Thani, a line of superfood-based bakery products that are nutritious and of high quality, aiming to address SDG 2 Zero Hunger and improve people's nutrition and well-being. This objective will be achieved based on the know-how and infrastructure of Panadería Lalos, which already has several years of experience in the industry and is well-known in Huancayo. Through rigorous research, Thani has focused on creating a sustainable and high- quality solution with good taste and high nutritional value, which was validated through surveys and usability tests that confirmed the hypotheses about purchase interest. In addition, a marketing and operations plan was developed, as well as a financial analysis for the feasibility and viability of the business. The Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) is 104.68, with a Lifetime Value/CAC ratio of 104.68. To make the project viable, an initial investment of S/1,000,000 was concluded, and according to the cash flows, an Internal Rate of Return (IRR) of 75.25% and a net present value (NPV) of $1,550,569 were achieved considering a five-year horizon. Finally, a social VAN of $881,997 is achieved, making it a profitable, viable, and sustainable project.
