The research focused on determining the viability of the 3D Luxury Inka Fest restaurant in the City of Cusco, with the purpose of fusing culture and technology for its outstanding position in the market. A quantitative approach supported by statistical analysis through surveys was used as the study methodology. The target population was made up of 8,508 luxury tourists with high purchasing power, while the sample selected for the analysis consisted of 164 participants surveyed during the month of March 2022 using the Google Forms platform. Despite political instability and the recent health crisis in the region, opportunities were identified in the tourism market, driven by tourism support policies and new gastronomic trends that emphasize the customer experience. In this context, “Luxury Inka Fest“ took advantage of these trends by combining food, technology and storytelling through the use of Mapping technology, highlighting its flagship product, “Chef Inka“. The restaurant is planned to be promoted with a comprehensive marketing strategy, and it is expected to receive 9,547 tourists in the first year. The annual operating costs are financed with a total investment of S/872,301.6, and with sales projections of S/4,091,651.4 in the first year, the project is considered viable, with a Net Present Value (NPV) of S/5,407,641.61 and a Internal Return (IRR) of 224%, which strongly supports the implementation of “Luxury Inka Fest“.
