Drinking Water and Sewerage Service of Arequipa (SEDAPAR) is an entity attached to the Regional Government of Arequipa in charge of providing sanitation services, with high quality standards to the Arequipa region. Currently, SEDAPAR After having analyzed all the premises of the SWOT analysis and analysis of the “Ishikawa“ micro environment of the Logistics Department, the problem was defined with the following general question: How can administrative management in the logistics area improve its processes to make it more efficient and effective? The problem was analyzed from two perspectives that were formulated in the following two questions: (1) How strong is the relationship between “Information Flow” and “Productivity”? and (2) How would the behavior of “Productivity“ be when the “Solution Methodology“ is applied? To achieve a solution to this problem, a business consulting methodology was applied that resulted in applying agile methodologies applied in the administration in the logistics department where an ad hoc application was necessary to determine quantitative and qualitative results. As a result, it was possible to define the starting point to manage productivity with Percentage of Plan Completed (PPC) indicators through a projected plan of tasks in the area at three weeks and the identification of restrictions that should be considered to avoid them in the future as part of continuous improvement of the organization.
