In Peru, according to the results of the financial inclusion index developed by Credicorp (2021), 70% of the analyzed Peruvians indicate that they do not have any credit product from the formal financial system. This same report points out that one of the reasons is the lack of knowledge about how financial products work CRECIENDO is a Fintech company that aims to contribute to the financial inclusion of more Peruvians by providing fast and flexible financing to formal microentrepreneurs or those interested in formalizing their businesses. This is done through a physical-digital channel that seeks to combine the trust generated in direct sales with the use of technology. Therefore, the goal is to attract customers at existing points of sale such as bank agents and, through proper use of data, create credit evaluation models that allow for timely financial solutions. Our target audience will be microentrepreneurs from segments C and D, who, due to the size of their businesses and lack of collateral, have been unable to access financing through traditional banking and have had to turn to informal lenders, often becoming victims of extortion. The desirability of the proposal was validated through surveys and interviews conducted with microentrepreneurs from various areas of metropolitan Lima, resulting in an acceptance rate of 75.3%. Subsequently, a marketing and operations plan was developed, for which Monte Carlo simulations were conducted to validate the feasibility of our proposal. Finally, regarding financial viability, our initial investment plan will be S/. 600.00, generating a NPV of S/. 2’676,176. Ultimately, the social importance of this proposal is reflected in SDG 10: Reduce inequality within and among countries and SDG 8: Promote sustained, inclusive, and sustainable economic growth, full and productive employment, and decent work for all. This results in a social relevance index of 31.5% and a social NPV of S/. 3’137,513.
