Mental health is the main part of the integral well-being of every person and having a good mental state allows them to develop their activities normally, overcome the challenges that life presents and contribute to the progress of society. However, in Peru, only 1 out of 5 people receives some type of mental health care, showing a critical and complex origin situation due to a combination of different socioeconomic, political and cultural factors. In addition, in adolescents and young people, social factors such as the public stigma that exists on people who suffer from mental disorders and the lack of knowledge of the services and specialists available are barriers that increase this gap. Nevertheless, technology and telemedicine appear as an alternative solution to address logistical, scope and accessibility limitations. In this thesis, through the application of agile methodologies and research elements, it is possible to achieve a better understanding of the problem from the user's perspective, and thus outline the best alternative solutions. Among them, the option is to develop a digital platform whose mission is that more young people can receive mental health care from professionals easily, quickly and safely from any place and time. The generated product will seek to transform the traditional mental health services proposal and this will have an innovative, exponential and sustainable business model. In this way, in the implementation of the platform, it is estimated to have around 300 affiliated mental health professionals and serving more than 1,500 users on average in the next 5 years.
