Currently the problem of healthy food has a high impact worldwide, however, in Lima’s society in which life is accelerated, many times people have bad habits due to lack of time or finding a product that is adjust to their needs. In this context, a business opportunity was identified, providing a practical solution to consumers, through a responsive web page, for the consumption of natural fruits juices. The main clients of the solution would be people in Lima from socioeconomic sectors A, B and C, who have greater purchasing power and are also aware that having good eating habits is beneficial for health in a preventive way, avoiding thus gastrointestinal disorders, hypertension, diabetes, among others. The business, which would start with an investment of S/563,992, is highly profitable with an NPV of S/1’995,054, an IRR of 76%, an EIRR of 63% and achieving a social NPV of S/1’860,430. FastiFrut is not only a proposal that seeks to make a fruit delivery but also to provide the freedom of product customization and change the lifestyle by promoting a healthy diet and time efficiency. FastiFrut is socio-environmentally responsible by using biodegradable and / or compostable packaging and hiring people in vulnerable situations for production, focusing on four of the SDGs: (a) SDG 3: Health and well-being; (b) SDG 5: Gender equality and (c) SDG 8: Decent work and economic growth. Through various surveys and focus groups it has been possible to validate that both the product and the web platform that would be used for its commercialization are desirable for a significant percentage of the target audience. Additionally, the proposal has a positive operational feasibility as it meets the delivery expectations required by the target audience.
