This document details the process by which a relevant social problem was identified and a solution was developed through the use of agile methodologies, thus obtaining a sustainable business model. Being the name of the proposed solution Eco Wawi, which is a web platform that allows parents with babies and children up to 4 years of age, to buy, sell and donate items that their children stopped using due to their natural growth. The proposed solution was subjected to a validation process with the users. At the desirability level, positive results were obtained that confirm two working hypotheses. In relation to the first, 100% of the target audience effectively buys and sells items through the platform, giving a loyalty score of 40 to the experience and the second verified that 84% of the target audience will be willing to pay the commission that will be charged for each transaction. In the case of feasibility, simulations were carried out to determine the profits in relation to the marketing cost for the acquisition of clients, obtaining a result profitability of S/. 3.58 for each S/. 1.00 invested. Likewise, the service attention time was simulated, obtaining a delivery effectiveness of 92% within the established average time, which is approximately 96 hours. Finally, the financial viability was validated by simulation based on five different scenarios, obtaining favorable results for the business: 51.10% of the simulated NPVs exceed the expected NPV. Finally, it is concluded that Eco Wawi is a sustainable and scalable business model, which responds directly to SDG 12, with a social relevance index of 37.5% and that generates a NPV of S/3 486 181 and a 112% IRR through an initial investment of S/800 000.
