The present work has been carried out in order to present study alternatives to the staff of young people who are doing their voluntary military service and who for some reason could not complete their basic studies due to various problems and in some way the Army of Peru, It offers a series of opportunities that allow them to overcome those problems, taking advantage of the benefits offered by voluntary military service according to law. It is aimed at providing our soldiers with a solution to their problem of missing primary or secondary education, through the participation of the Fe y Alegria Radio Institute with its “Aprendiendo en Casa“ program, which provides alternative basic education in its classroom modalities, semi-face to face or distance, the latter being the one that will be given the necessary impulse using technological means, such as radio, MP3, CDs, etc. This proposal provides an academic, scientific and humanistic training that responds to the needs of this staff, as well as to the needs of our institution to have greater and better educated staff. In the present work a mixed methodology has been used, that is quantitative data that gave us the base, support and above all the reliability to our research, as well as qualitative data that helped us describe what people feel and think and that allowed them to develop an adequate strategy to develop the present project. This project, will provide a better educational service to our troop staff, through academic, scientific and humanistic training, obeying the institutional needs and serving as a multiplier effect for those young people who still do not find opportunities to develop and incentive to be able to continue their studies and with this improve their quality of life being useful to their society as a whole
