Therefore, the following improvement strategy is presented to provide sustainability to the growth of the company, which is a TRANSMI Integral Model for Attracting and Loyalty of Talent, based on the pillars of: (a) involvement of a professional in People Management with experience in attracting and retaining personnel, (b) the development of a full wellness plan, and (c) the development of area management indicators. In this way, it is intended to retain the company's personnel and attract the greatest number of talents, who feel identified and committed to the company, ensuring their permanence and performance, under a value proposition to improve a full well-being and the business together. Under the premises of the company's sustainability standards, the generation of decent work, reduction of inequalities and production and responsible use of resources are sought, which are also proposed as an approach for the design of its strategic plan that encompasses the mission, vision and objectives of the company, based on the impact model developed by CENTRUM PUCP.
