The Thani Tanta business model aims to promote health and well-being through a series of activities that involve cultivating the Andean grain “Tarwi,“ producing healthy foods, handling orders through subscriptions, and eco-friendly distribution. Two key solutions are highlighted: a subscription model that saves consumers time by delivering products to their doorsteps and the availability of exclusive franchise zones to reduce the carbon footprint. Consumers can subscribe online and choose plans that suit their needs, in addition to receiving additional benefits. The value proposition differentiates between two customer segments: those looking for low-carb, high-quality products, and entrepreneurs who can acquire the franchise business model. The business valuation validated the hypotheses linked to the desirability of the solution by customers and franchisees (user), where 92% of respondents would be willing to purchase Thani Tanta's healthy bakery products, 82.55% of customers are willing to pay between 125 and 330 soles for subscription plans, 80.2% of entrepreneurs surveyed would be willing to purchase the marketing rights and 81.5% of franchisees are willing to reimburse 5% of annual sales of the products. Finally, an economic Net Present Value (NPV) of S/ 4'121,744 at a WACC of 11.8% and a Modified Internal Rate of Return (MIRR) of 87% was achieved. Also, a financial NPV of S/ 3'869,582 was achieved at a COK of 13.5% and an MIRR of 99%. Likewise, a Social NPV of S/16'444,401 was valued, which shows the team the possibility of implementing and executing the business model to reality.
