Resumen: Teva Perú es una empresa farmacéutica dedicada a la fabricación y comercialización
de productos farmacéuticos parar ayudar a mejorar la calidad de vida de las personas y fue
reconocida durante dos años consecutivos (2016 y 2017) como una de las mejores empresas
para trabajar y como un negocio con los mejores niveles de clima organizacional, lo cual
evidencia el alto compromiso que tiene con todos sus colaboradores.
El problema principal identificado en la compañía fue que no se encuentra alineada a
los objetivos de la casa matriz Teva Pharmaceuticals en cuanto a una producción
ecoamigable y sostenible, para lo cual se planteó la implementación de un proyecto integral
que incluye la instalación de fuentes alternativas de energía que impacten positivamente al
medioambiente, así como la reutilización de las aguas residuales de la empresa y la
implementación de la norma ISO 14001:2015 Sistema de Gestión Ambiental. A la fecha
consume en promedio 6,707 MWh al año, emitiendo alrededor de 2,762 Tn de CO2 al
medioambiente, asimismo, se consume alrededor de 3,100 m3
de agua al mes y un promedio
de 37,200 m3
en el año lo cual genera estrés hídrico. Con la implementación del proyecto
integral, el negocio estaría contribuyendo en reducir la huella de carbono en el país en
4,419.9 Tn de CO2 al 2030, que equivalente a una masa forestal de 15,965 árboles del pino
resinero, así como también, se estaría contribuyendo a reducir el consumo de aguas
subterráneas en al menos 29 ́472,570 litros de agua al 2030; y adicionalmente estaría
generando un ahorro de S/ 225,120.88 en el primer año.
Por último, se plantearon tres escenarios para la implementación del proyecto, donde
se puede evidenciar que en el escenario moderado el proyecto alcanza una TIR de 21.97%
con un VAN de S/ 2 ́375,168.27 a 25 años y un retorno de inversión de cinco años, seis
meses y 21 días, concluyéndose que la implementación del proyecto integral planteado no
solo es ecoamigable y sostenible, sino rentable y viable financieramente.

The main problem identified in the company was that it is not aligned with the objectives of Teva Pharmaceuticals parent house in terms of eco-friendly and sustainable production, for which the implementation of a comprehensive project was proposed that includes the installation of alternative energy sources that have a positive impact on the environment, as well as, the reuse of the company's wastewater and the implementation of the ISO 14001:2015 standard Environmental Management System. To date, it consumes an average of 6,707 MWh per year, emitting around 2,762 tons of CO2 into the environment, likewise, around 3,100 m3 of water is consumed per month and an average of 37,200 m3 in the year, which generates water stress. With the implementation of the comprehensive project, the business would be contributing to reduce the carbon footprint in the country in 4,419.9 tons of CO2 by 2030, which is equivalent to a forest mass of 15,965 resin pine trees, as well as, it would be contributing to reduce the consumption of groundwater by at least 29'472,570 liters of water by 2030; and would additionally be generating savings of S/ 225,120.88 in the first year. Finally, three scenarios were proposed for the implementation of the project, where it can be seen that in the moderate scenario it reaches an IRR of 21.97% with a NPV of S/ 2 ́375,168.27 to 25 years and a return on investment of five years, six months and 21 days, concluding that the implementation of the proposed project is not only ecological and sustainable, but also profitable and financially viable.
