Cement Industry is an important sector due to the contribution that it has to close infrastructure gaps related not only to private infrastructure (such as housing construction and execution of investment projects), but also public infrastructure via public expend execution. In developing countries, this role is more relevant, because each country needs companies that offer quality construction solutions at an affordable price. The major goal for this companies should be enhancing and boost the competitiveness of the country where it operates. Due to the growth potential that this sector has, it is important to have tools that allow better business management, focusing on greater value creation for all stakeholders. The main purpose of this work is estimating the fundamental enterprise and share value of one of the main companies in Peruvian cement industry, such as Cementos Pacasmayo S.A.A; as well as an international company such as Cemex S.A.B of C.V. To fulfill the main purpose, it was necessary to investigate quantitative and qualitative aspects. Quantitative aspects are related to the historical financial information analysis. This phase provides an important historical data that must be included in the cash flows forecasting and modelling. On the other hand, qualitative analysis was focus on the company history, sectorial and macroeconomic analysis, sectorial trends, value boosters and benchmark against other companies. This research is divided into eight chapters. Chapter I includes the sectorial and macroeconomic analysis for each company. Chapter II contains the analysis of consolidated financial information, including ratios analysis and financial policies. In Chapter III, value boosters were identified. From Chapter IV to Chapter VII, the focus was on financial modelling and inputs that support the assumptions used to forecasting the Financial Statements and estimated the Enterprise Valuation (Chapter IV), market benchmarks (Chapter V), Capital Structure analysis (Chapter VI) and the restructuring proposals to improve the Enterprise Value was treated in Chapter VII. Finally, Chapter VIII shows the conclusions and recommendations of this research work.
