This academic work aims to briefly analyze the methods implemented by the Labor Inspectorate System during the COVID19 pandemic. The first part deals with the new electronic and remote systems and modalities used in the four modalities of inspection actions; as well as the priority and complex matters of attention established by the Inspecting Authority during the state of emergency. Once the changes in the modalities of the inspection action phase have been identified, the second part contrasts with the updated data of the National Superintendence of Labor Inspection (SUNAFIL) what these changes represent in the effectiveness of the inspection action and the main limitations that They have arisen due to the lack of presence and the adaptability process; and finally, in the last part, the methods that should remain over time are analyzed, exposing the reasons and possible changes in their scope and configuration for better adaptability; Since it is of utmost importance the effectiveness of the Inspection System in the search for compliance with socio-labor and occupational safety and health standards, the promotion of decent work and the eradication of labor informality.
