We are glad to present Tutor, a platform that allows adequate and timely communication between the school and the parents, generating a mean of communication friendly, simple, but at the same time efficient. This proposal was born because of identifying the inconveniences found between teachers and parents to communicate efficiently. This tool has the advantage of being versatile, since it can be accessed from any computer, including a digital application version for mobile phones. This solution manages to maximize the efficiency in communication between the teacher and the parent, for a correct and adequate follow-up of the student during the school year, identifying in a single platform which are the pending tasks, scheduling the delivery dates and monitoring the progress of their children, that is why through various tests it is possible to determine the desirability of the product considering the directors where 60% of the interviewees are willing to pay between 2,000 and 2,500 soles per month. Likewise, usability tests were carried out where the directors make use of the modules sending notes and messages and we discover that only 20% abandon the application showing a favorable acceptance. To valid our project, we run a Montecarlo simulation. We obtained an average value of S/4’350,027 of the project's equity with a probability of 0.00951% that the NPV is negative. On the other hand, it’s important to consider that the project performs a NPV of 7'042.950 million soles with an IRR of 58.34%. The proposal can also be considered sustainable since it manages to be clearly related to SDGs 4, 8, and 15, considering the highest percentage of quality education with an IRO of 70% and a social NPV of 3’123,424 million soles. Thus, it is possible to consume less paper, less ink in printing, teachers save time issuing communications and parents reviewing or attending school meetings, becoming an eco-friendly and financially viable tool.
