In today's world, it is extremely relevant for organizations to be able to know, understand and manage the phenomenon of Job rotation, due to impact on costs derived from the process of incorporating new personnel to the work team. In this regard, companies in the Call-center business sector have a high turnover rate associated with the group of teleoperators, at a country and global level. A control point would be the management of two variables linked to the state prior to the rotation (the Job Rotation Intention), such as Work Engagement and Job Satisfaction, which being modified could have an impact on the desire of team members to want to leave the organization. That is why the present research study aims to analyze the way in which the variables of Job Satisfaction, Work Engagement (independent variables) and Job Rotation Intention (dependent variable) are related. To meet the objectives of the study, a cross-sectional descriptive observational study was carried out in a Call-center company at Lima Metropolitana area, during the month of May 2021, within the context of the Pandemic caused by COVID-19, participating voluntarily at the study 189 teleoperators. The measurement of these variables was performed using the Utrech Work Engagement Scale-15 (UWES-15) questionnaires, the S20/23 Job Satisfaction questionnaire, and the Turnover Intention Scale-6 (TIS-6). The results showed that Work Engagement and Job Satisfaction were positively correlated between them, and both were negatively correlated with the Intention to Work Rotation (the statistical tests applied showed a p-value <0.05, so they were considered statistically significant), reaching the conclusion that the desire to leave the organization can be diminished if the degree of work commitment and the degree of job satisfaction are increased.
