The main objective of this Research Work is to determine the affectation of fundamental rights such as equality, non-discrimination, freedom, education and privacy of the applicants who participate in the admission processes carried out by the National Police Professional Training School –School of Officials and Schools of Higher Education Technical Professional Police-; because, in the first stage of said process, the presentation of an affidavit of “Being single and not having children“ is required, as established in Article 70-A of Supreme Decree No. 021-2019-IN , which modifies the Regulation of Legislative Decree No. 1318, Legislative Decree that regulates the professional training of the National Police of Peru, approved by Supreme Decree No. 022-2017-IN; Especially, when prior to the issuance of Legislative Decree No. 1318, Legislative Decree that regulates the professional training of the National Police of Peru, its Regulations approved by Supreme Decree No. 022-2017-IN and amendments made by Supreme Decree No. 002 -2019-IN and Supreme Decree No. 002-2019- IN respectively, the Constitutional Court has prohibited considering the condition of father or mother as a disadvantage, or of being in the civil condition of married; and, the police institution is in charge of respecting and enforcing the constitutional norms and, above all, prohibiting all kinds of violations.
